help with internet PLEASE!!

does anyone know when my internet would be so PAINFULLY slow?

its taking ages to load pages and it has told me all day that the server is too busy to log me on to hotmail. I've done a virus check but its still so slow!

i've deleated some cookies when i did a virus check but don't know how to do it generally. Do i need to?

Also delete your Temporary Internet Files from time to time, they can take up a lot of space (and they log where you have been)

>Delete Files
