help please..interpretation

I've had a positive OPK yesterday and today, but it looks like my temp started rising 3 days ago...the day before the first positive OPK. what do you think?? when am i likely to have ovulated?

It looks kinda wierd, as you'd normaly get the ++ like a day or so before the temps went up not after i maybe wrong, it just looks that way looking at other charts. Thats probably no help whatsoevery, sorry. Good luck though

personally i wouldnt trust one method eg if ur temps, or opk.

Id trust them both!!!!!! If ur OPK Says positive BD!!!! If ur temps say u ovulate BD on those days.

The more the better at the end of the day.

I know i certainly ownt trust one method again

temp has to rise above your bbt and most of your other temps to confirm ovulation , so i recon trust your opk , some people experience a bit of a dip before ovulation anyway !

Yeah I'd go with G3M. A bit confusing but when you get those 3 high temps you'll know in hindsight when you actually did ovulate. Just keep Bd'ing and have fun
