Does anybody know about gluten free bread ingredients? I have prepared some dough but followed a usual bread recipe with no fats or eggs. Will the mix be too dry? I'mthinking I may need to add something in, am i too late? Please help experienced mummies lol :D

You are best following a gluten free recipe rather than a normal one. Mostly they are similar but sometimes you can add other things to help raise and so on.

I've made cakes and so on gluten free and have found that often they add other ingredients to help aid raising etc. I tend to find cakes are more crumbly and bread is dry and does not have such a good texture as we are used to.

Have a look on the BBC recipes website or http://www.coeliac.co.uk/ (they don't have masses of recipes there)
