right, so i've been reading through the posts on here and can see that i could be spending a good while ttc.
i'm going to buy myself a themometer and start charting.
i've missed OV this month as AF is due December 5th and only BD this month on November 21st as it was the OH's birthday and up till then he'd had a stinking cold and not felt upto it.
I have a 33/35 day cycle like clockwork usually. it alternates, 33 days one cycle, 35 days the next cycle, 33 the next and so on and so on.
based on my cycle i'm guessing i BD too late and missed OV. am i right ?
i've also being reading about CM on here and i think i understand the different types (CM, EWCM) but i'm unsure as so which CM indicates i should start BD and which indicates that maybe i've missed it and BD will no more have effect ?
is there anything i should avoid during the weeks up to OV or in the '2WW' ?
another thing (and last i promis) i think it's around half way through my cycle roughly i often get sharp stabbing like pains. if i stretch i sometimes get them or if i'm standing on my bed and step off of the bed the distance sets it off and i'll get a stabbing pain either to the left side or right down quite low. it's over within seconds and doesn't really bother me other than for those few seconds. could this be a sign that i'm OV ?
i've also ordered some pink grapefruit juice. i quite like it anyway and after reading on here it can help it's given me an excuse to start getting it again
