Help!!! Done something to laptop!!

I logged out of internet about 20 mins ago and have just come back to laptop - and everything is HUGE!!! have tried changing appearance & text size but not making any difference. This is OH's work laptop so would rather he not see what I have done. I don't even know WHAT I have done!!!!! As I am typing this all I can see is topic line, font options and these few lines of text!!!!
Everything is massice - even the icons on the desktop.

Help please!

Have you got a box in the bottom right hand corner with a spy glass and a % next to it. it needs top be on 100%. hope that works

I'm not sure how I did it but I changed the pixels. Went to control panel, display, settings and resized the pixels. All okay now.

How I managed to do that in the first place I'll never know!!!
