Help? confused with my ovulation

I think I will start it in 2-3 days time (CD11-12), bet it tastes disgusting! I can tolerate the grapefruit juice even though I don't like it, but I think the medicine is going to be tough as I have a really strong gag reflex hahaha.
When are you starting it? x

Ooh does grapefruit juice help too? I actually like the taste of the medicine ha ha. Think i'll start around then too as I don't think I'll get a positive test tip cd14/15. Can you have a drink to swig straight after? Are you going take 5ml 5 times per day? X

Are you meant to start it 5 days before expected ov?
It says on a website that you are meant to drink water after you have taken the robitussin.

Ha ha I'm not the only one then, I end up trying to lick it out the little pot, I thought the medicine was red but mines a brown colour. What cycle day are you on Char? I'm on 10 today, why is it the 1st half of the cycle goes so fast and the second drags! X

I am CD5 today and AF has just finished so i am ready to go with the tonight
last cycle i ov'd around cd14 so i am going by last cycle and going to start my robitussin on CD8.
The 2ww is the bloody worse isn't it x

I know I absolutely hate it, your at your worst hormonal state to deal with it as well, I'm always really happy and positive around this stage. How many cycles have you been trying? Are you trying anything else this month? Ha ha, I'm new to these groups and that bed emoji thingy made me laugh. Is anyone doing anything for Halloween? X

I'm going to take it 3 times a day, 2 teaspoons each time, I'm sure that's what I've seen recommended? Haven't tasted it yet, so maybe it's not that bad then!

This will be my 6th cycle now. But it feels like an eternity!
I introduce something new every cycle to keep it exciting. I have Conceive Plus to try this cycle along with the grapefruit juice but i did last cycle too. I am also going to give the Clear Blue opk's a try as i don't really get on with the Internet cheapies.
No i hate halloween i think its absolutely pointless lol, but i do hate anything scary so that's probably why! x

Ha ha I know we are blocking the drive with the car, as my boys are at their dad's tonight, I go to zumba though and we have to dress up, so I'm going as a crazy looking granny zombie thing, lots of talc to cover my self with ha ha. Ah is it 2 spoon fulls, I was going to have one, I really hope it works! Got my cheaper boots version too, which tastes similar so should last me the month, my partner keeps saying god what are you buying now! Might pop to asda for some juice - oh and I did the clear blue and the cheap ones at the same time and both worked x

Oh wow, i think i must be getting old but the thought of getting dressed up and enjoying halloween is just way to much effort for me LOL.
Ask me when i got children and it will probably be a different story.
The amount of money i have spent on all this TTC malarky. Something better happen soon!

I know it is expensive, my 1st I was 18 and wasn't trying just wasn't careful for a year, 2nd I literally had the mirena removed tried 14 days after 1st period and I was pregnant, I was 24. Obviously different this time and different partner and I'm 31. X

Wow, yeah you had it easy the first 2 times, to be honest so did i with my daughter, conceived 2nd cycle off the pill at 27 years old. I'm with different partner now, and 34, now realise how lucky I was to conceive so quickly! x

I know really lucky yeah like me with the new partner, I always have that worry he can't have them! I was with my ex 13 years! My mum had her 3rd at 39 took her 4 tries, she also lost one at 8 months pregnant when I was 5, so sad!

I've read a cup of greed tea is good to, hate that stuff, it tastes like poison X

I was with my ex for 15 years. To me this is like ttc a first baby as it's my first with my partner, I really worry that it won't happen, but staying positive for now!

I hate green tea, draw the line at that lol x

Wow 15 years, its crazy isn't it so nice to feel happy and in love again though. I feel the same, it feels like the 1st time again, don't feel like I was ever pregnant, especially now I have a sweaty teenager shouting mum in a man voice! Startles me every time lol. Need a baby ha ha x

I dread to think how much I spent on TTC. I wish I could tell you I found something that I really believed 'worked'. The reality is I basically decided I'd had enough of sinking so much money into it that I was gradually stripping everything back and then fell pregnant after 3 years of trying and truly believing it would never happen!!

That goes to show that it can happen, did you do it naturally though still? I think the mind set and stress doesn't help. Glad you got your baby in the end! Did you try the cough syrup and the preseed, stuff like that? X
