Sorry ive not been around much, Ive been really suffering with sickness and dizzyness. Ive been at my mums most days - she has been looking after me and alice. Got to love mums!!!!
Anyway, I had my scan today - im 11 weeks, 6 days which means tomorrow is 12 weeks!!! i really expected them to move me back a week, but they didn't
Pea is no longer a pea though! its almost a proper little baby! I can just about remember my scan with alice at this stage and she just layed there. This one was bouncing around like a gooden! I said to the lady scanning - "well that confirms it - its got to be a boy bouncing around like that", and she asked if we where planning to find out at 20 weeks. I said we where, so she said she would see if she could see anything now!!! she ended up saying there 'may' be something, but she couldn't tell. She said girls bits tend to swell at this point, and she couldn't see any sign of them i didn't think they would be able to tell at this stage!!!
Anyway - they have suggested going back to the doctors and suggesting he prescribe something or another for the sickness. They didn't seem overly worried about the dizzyness - I personally think thats down to not eating enough.
As for the risk of OC - I will be treated as 'normal', but kept an eye on. my MW will send of routine tests further down the line (when it was diagnosed last time) to check my levels. My GP said he would do some tests for me if i wanted them to put my mind at ease anyway.
Its such a relief to know everything is still happy and healthy - maybe now i can worrying everything i go to the loo
We have taught alice the cutest trick - we ask her where baby is and she rubs my belly. Then she gives it a kiss does make me chuckle - esp when she then starts poking my belly button calling 'BABY'.
Almost forgot - PICTURES!!! =
god - listen to me go on about myself!! How are you all anyway? i want to hear all the news
