After a number of failed IVF cycles (and the associated impact on our bank balance!) we are finally pregnant woohoo!!
Turns out I have absolutely no idea what comes next....I think we've sent so long focussing on getting pregnant, neither of us have given any thought to what actually happens, and I feel very foolish that I have so little clue at 41 years old!!
By my reckoning, our due date will be the end March 2018.....eeeep!
I'm waiting on an appointment for our 6 week scan, after which I think that's us released form the IVF related clinic and back to the "usual" format. I'm hoping that the 6 week scan will confirm whether we are looking at 1 or 2 little aliens - am I right in thinking it should, or is it too early?
