heidi and garden fairy

awhile ago i posted about my houseplant heidi as i thought she was dead but she has flowered i was really pleased. someone at the time said they might be able to tell me what species she is from a picture? (and hopefully maybe how best to look after her coz she looks a mess lol) this is her:

oh and i have a garden fairy i havent named her yet, does anyone have any suggestions? (i havent decided on a proper home for her either i just stuck her in the ground randomly there u can see her stick and everything i kno its rubbish but its only temporary!)

Heidi looks like either a Stephanotis or Phlox? But the foliage looks like a suculent type. Its really pretty is it scented?

I think you should call the fairy Sophia.
