heat rash.... is there anything i can put on it?

Avie has heat rash on her neck and behind her ears, ive also noticed a tiny bit on her back, can i put anything on it? or is it best to let it go by itself! xxxxxxx

we used avant magic cream and that sorted it too , also sorts out milk rash !

I get heat rash and it isn't itchy. There could be different kinds for all I know though. But if she doesn't seem bothered I'd just wash it with plain water and that's it.
