Can you ladies give me some ideas of healthy snacks?

I am trying to keep the queasies away and the only way I can do that is by keeping something in my stomach at all time but like most of us I find that the most things I reach for are starchy! Preferably easy to prepare or even better, no preparation needed!

The things I have at the moment -

Jerky/billtong
Veggie sticks and dips
Crackers
Pot noodles

Any other ideas for my shopping list gratefully received!

I was the same WolfMamma. As long as I ate and kept something in my stomach I was ok.
I ended up buying some of that ready done roast chicken pieces you get near the ham etc, and would have some of that. Also things like cheese savouries, not particularly healthy haha but I found that easy if I needed a quick something. Also crackers with cheese, apple sticks, carrot sticks etc. Xxx

I make a bowl of fruit salad to pick at. I put in what ever fruits dont make me gag. Atm I have grapes strawberries and melon and sometimes banana. I bring it to work to snack on when feel sick. I also love crackers so was trying to eat some with cherry tomatoes. This is the only way I can get any healthy fruit and veg in me. Banana and toast aswell lol

I’ve been eating a lot of dried fruit. I’m so tired it fixes my need for sugar without going out and eating chocolate

I've been enjoying apple with cheese or apple with peanut butter (cut into sticks and dip in). Helps to have a but of protein and fat with the fruit, to keep you fuller for longer

Mini cheddars have also been a constant companion, though not so healthy!
