Afternoon ladies and babies..

We were discharged from the midwife on sunday and was wondering how soon you heard from health visitors ? xx

Ours first came to see us when he was 17 days and we heard from them Bout a week before

We only saw ours once when he ust have been 2 weeks old but we had been in hospital a week so prob did all they needed to then??

Have you got your red book yet?, my HV did say they normally wait until you have been discharged from the midwife but ours took so long o happen she called anyway.....

We had the midwife until he was ten days then the HV came a day later. She came back again a week later and that's us finished with her xx

My HV came out whilst I was pregnant to give me my red book then we didn't see her till LO was 5 weeks as we weren't discharged from the MW till then xx

Yes i came home with the red book .

We were disacharged from mw at 11 days and she said they should contact you in a few days but nothing. Ill try and chase something up when were ina better routine as we move back home at the weekend x

There should be a telephone number in the front f the red book somewhere for the health visitors sorry that was the point of me asking :s...
