Health kick for 2010

I've started already :yay: I done the Wii fit plus for 40 minutes on boxing day and yesterday and 2 miles on the treadmill today.

I only have 10lb to lose to get to a 22 bmi but I want to tone now more than anything :D

Yesterday my Wii fit age was 44 :shock:

The day before it was 36 :eh: :rofl:

Anyone want to join me on a Get fit for 2010?

It is actually....my mother wasnt impressed with me on there though!
 
Yeah a mixture really. Like the dance mat when that came out, some really good ones and quite a few fillers.
 
i decided to start mine today by going for a long walk with the girls...then my sister put holiday on and i sat watching that swooning over jude law instead!! i really must do it tomorrow tho...before the snow starts again...
 
Ye can i join in !!!!! I have just took my last pill on christmas day so we can try for a baby in the new year....... I am about 3 stone overweight and although having a baby is what I dream about, i really do need to get healthy and lose some weight whilst TTC X X X X X X

me :)

im doing slimming world, my friend has offered to do it with me (shes previously lost 5 1/2 stone on SW so i know shes dedicated!)

im going to do my big grocery shop 2moro and then ill start properly.. ive been doing well the past few days but used a few too many syns i think.
 
As soon as I get the all clear around Easter time I'll be going with SW :)
 
i'm going to be just eating side-plate size portions and exercising as much as i can. not much else i can do living here!! i dont think i eat particularly bad anyway, its just how much i eat!!
 
The side plate thing is very good Alice :)

I said I was toning Atkins down but after a few days off being slacker on it over Xmas I missed it so I'm back on it but eating brown bread a few times a week now and potatoes a few times a week as well, preferably roast potatoes :D

I'm going to be exercising as much as I can with either the treadmill or the Wii fit and as soon as the snow clears I have 2 gorgeous puppies that will need walked as well :yay:
 
i've done really well today!! had to take ella to the docs, and its easier to walk than drive when i've got to take them both with me. so i walked there, then needed to go to the chemist to get her prescription. so i decided to go to a different one to normal, which was a proper trek away. got there and couldnt get in the friggin door!! so had to walk all the way back and go to boots to get it, cos thats the only one i can get in with them both!! and i've eaten really well. well, kinda! i even only made enough pasta bolognaise for katie, when i normally do me a small portion too!!

if i've not lost any weight tomorrow i'm gona cry!!
 
Ive tried weight watchers and slimming world in the past. Weight watchers seemed to be more successful for me. I lost 4 stone the first time around. If I can get motivated thats the one for me x x x

Go to any of the ticker sites mushy, make the ticker then copy the bb code.

Go to user cp at the top and click on edit signature and then paste the bb code in :)

Me :yay: Starting my third day of healthy eating/detoxing and feel better already for it.

Just munching on some granola cereal for brekkie. It's gorgeous, by Nick Nairn and is granola with golden syrup, and you can get it from Tescos. Really fills you up too!

Will be going for a run tonight too :)

I'm back to low low carbs and exercise :) I'm going to limit bread potatoes to twice a week each, maximum and just try and eat more fruit and veg :)

I bought a juicer at xmas too so may start making some fruit/veggie juices for the vitamins :thumbup:
