me again!!

i know you not supposed to really take any painkillers when pregnant (or ttc) except paracetamol without drs advice, but does anyone know if those 4head sticks are ok to use?

They are fine to use- they are just menthol

Alternativly sex or chocolate is supposed to be good for headaches, they release endorphines. or you can combine the two

Only a mixture or paracetamols, sleep and Kool N Soothes have helped with my headaches this week.
