having back/ chest pains- help!

hi,

for the last hour and a half i've been having high back pain with indigestion and it feels as if my chest goes tight every ten mins or so....has anyone else had this? could it just be bad heart burn or related to increased breathing needs at this stage??

slightly worried but the little man doesn't seem to be- hes havin a party in there!!

This could be because baby is getting higher up and its causing you difficulties, maybe call your mw and ask her advice.
I had similar pains with my past pregnancy
