Having a big cooking day!

Really needed to clear my freezer and fridge before stuff goes out of date so I have been cooking all morning, ready to re-freeze full meals for nights when I am too busy to start from scratch. So far I have made, 2 batches of virginian chicken casserole, 3 batches of bolognase (sp?), putannesca sauce, and chilli-con-carne!
Now all I have to do is clean my kitchen!!
Once I have done that I might start on some sweet things ............. I am feeling very domestic goddess today for some reason!
