Has the witch arrived or not?

Hi ladies,
Im new to this forum, have been TTC for past 2 years with no luck. Im now on day 30 (my cycle is usually 28) and after sex last night I bled bright red blood to which I thought was AF...
However by this morning I have stopped bleeding completely and as yet no blood since, even though I have been working hard on my feet all day. I did have some brown spotting on day 24.
So just curious as to whether anyone had any ideas?

Could it be implantation bleeding? Some women get this around the time their period is due or earlier. Are your cycles always bang on 28 days?
Could you do a test? X

Im not sure, I have a CB test waiting for FMU tomorrow morning if AF hasn't arrived, at the moment I have a brown discharge so the witch could be imminent but this spotting/discharge has been on and off since day 24 with the after sex heavier bleed inbetween.
My cycle is typically 28 days but have been a couple of days early or late in the past.
Have spent the last 2 years testing from 4 days before and well, everyone knows how many tests we have all been through so Im trying to hold my horses till tomorrow.
Really dont want to get my hopes up, but inevitably my hopes are up and every twinge, craving, bit of nausea/tiredness is a 'symptom'.
I've actually also been itching terribly all over in the evenings and its been driving me mad! Darent take anti histamines and had to put myself in a food coma to fall asleep last night!
