Has He Moved?

Usually LO has been punching me around the rib cage area. When i went for a scan at 28 weeks (2 weeks ago) i was told he was still breech. Now i am getting kicks/punches very low down in my stomach.. Could it be he's turned or am i just imagining things?

Hi Sandie

Mine was breech at my last MW appointment (I'm same stage as you) and I get movements under my ribs on the right and also low down on the left, kind of internally. MW says top ones are punches, bottom ones are kicks, so it could be the same for you or maybe he has turned himself round.

When your next appointment? I see my MW again next Fri (at 31 weeks) when she'll have another feel to see if it's changed position. She says not to worry about at this stage though as it can still quite easily move around.

Hmmmmmm I had no movement at all near my ribs (but could feel his head in my chest which was very painful)! My baby was breech from 20 weeks, til birth - all the main movements I felt were very very low down, kicks to my cervix etc.

Im sure your MW will check for you, and if they are unsure you would be sent for a presentation scan at about 37 weeks!

all my kicks are right at the top of my stomach, when alastair was breech, all my kicks were right at the bottom, near private parts, i used to think he was going to pop a leg or something out

I'm not back to the midwife until the 13th of February - i'll be 32+1 weeks.

Yeah, I keep worrying that he/she is going to get their legs stuck in my foof!
