Just had this suggestion come up on Facebook and this book claims to help get children to sleep, it's meant to get easier each time and thenake sure they sleep all night.... Sounds too good to be true. Just wondering if anyone has used it?

I've had this come up on FB too be interesting to see if anyone has tried it....

I've been reading about it.... But cannot find what age it can be used from... Any ideas?

I've had a nosey online as I've never heard of it before, apparently it's preschool age so toddlers I would imagine?

Haven't heard of it. If it is for toddler/pre school age you are looking for then look into a Gro clock. You can set the time at which the moon comes out (bed time) and when it's time to wake up and the sun comes up, there is also a book to go along with it.

We have it and my dd responds well to it :) x

Thanks ladies. If anyone has tried it, please let us know how you got on x
