After deciding that the Phil and Ted's was for us, we went to Mamas and Papas and saw the Skate.
Why did I go in!!! I love the fact that the carrycot changes into a pushchair so I'll have less bits round the house but it is quite expensive. Even my mum liked it which is praise indeed.
It's easy to push round so will be good for the MIL and is has supension on the wheels so good for cobbles and the odd walk round a res.
Has anyone got one? Would you recommend it? I've been reading about problems with it, but then no pushchair is going to be perfect. Since we're hoping to wear the baby most of the time, I don't want to spend lots on a pram. But both sets of GPs won't be able to wear the baby so we'll need a pram for them. And I'm sure the odd time we'll want to have a pram for a Sunday afternoon stroll. If we ever have a summer that is!
