Hairdressers more like hairmessers

I havent had my hair cut for about a year because whenever i decide i want a new style they always cut it about 3 inches shorter than i asked. I love having short hair but iv been growing it for a year so i can have a change. Anyway i have just been in to the hair dressers and asked for a graduated bob (i.e posh spice) as i wanted a style as it was growing. Well the back is now as short as it was b4 i started growing it (2 inches long)aand the front is like 2 long wispy bits of hair. Why wen u ask for a simple style do they have to try and turn it into some horrible trendy cut out of a magazine that only looks good on a hair modeL????? I am so pissed off its not even like it looks good!

Oh dear maybe it doesn't look as bad as you think, I always hate my hair for the first 24 hours after having a major cut think its the change I hate but when I get used to it I usually like it.

Probaly not, but seriously i had managed to grow it pretty long! Why do they just carry on cutting shorter and shorter...its like they cant help it! Probaly should have sed something but i was too busy chatting. Im going to wash it and style it myself..might make a difference.

Some hairdressers do go to town on your hair. Every time I got for a hair cut all they want to do is chop it ALL off! My hairs really long and I always get almost begged if they can cut it short and put in chunky layers, but they dont realize my hair is naturally very curly and I have to straighten it there would be no way layers would go well.

I don't go to the "trendy" hairdressers anymore. The local one that does all the old ladies is better. They actually listen when I say just cut an inch off the bottom.

Silly expensive posh place insisted on doing a posh bob on me and I said to her that the layers will flick up as my hair is thick and I work outside and just want to blow dry and leave it. She managed to convince witht the pic in the magazine. Anyway, the next day I washed it and couldn't get the bloody layers to go down, went back and moaned very loudly at the girl and got a refund.
