Apparently Isla doesn't have one!!! 
Just goes to highlight the fact that someone on the bloody NHS should have looked at Isla's tongue in the first place before I went to see someone privately and wasted £125!
The consultant said her tongue looks slightly anatomically different but he's quite sure it isn't tongue tied. However if she develops any problems to come back and he will reassess her, but at the moment nothing needs to be done! So I guess the money wasn't wasted as we now know she's okay but it just makes me mad that the NHS just couldn't be bothered.
Oh well....
