... as I'm now under shared care...

and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised!

I was expecting to turn up sit down and doc tell me oooh you had a c section last time, there'll be one this time too.... but he didn't :cheer:

He was more into persuading me to do it naturally! I was very impressed!

If I go for a c section I ill have Sam around the 6th April but I'm not 100% sure either way yet as there are fors and againsts with both scenarios.

There is a 70-80% chance that it will work but also a 20-30% chance that my previous scar could rupture resulting in an emergency c section
Luckily I have until 34 weeks to decide so will have time to see how big he gets and his position etc before I decide.

It's so nice to have the choice rather to be told what to do!

1st March...my big decision.

What do you ladies think...honestly......

( managed to get another poll going Missac! :cheer: )

i voted for natural because i have had both and would rather have 100 natural (and i was in labour 36 hours) than 1 c section

Good work on the poll kirls!! :cheer:

I have voted natural, but only because I think that you would like to give it a try if you possibly can. I think that if you said natural and there were any risks they would have you down to theatre anyway and all would be safe and happy.

Of course, as usual I could be speaking out my jumper!!

ive only ever had natural births with mine
i voted natural because i think your body recovers alot quicker

I've voted natural babe, then at least you can be taken for c section if need be?

Think I would prefer natural too... had so many problems with c section and afterwards last time :D

I voted natural ,but don't know if there are serious risks to you or the baby if you tried naturally...i guess not if the doc is talking about natural,

good luck
