It's just been so stressful! I went into work with my MATB1 form on saturday and my intended date of maternity leave which was all fine so I thought great. While I was there I asked about Easter sunday pay because we were all off for it and I usually work on a sunday I wanted to know if I got paid it properly (which I was told I would by personnel) because if I didn't then I would end up losing my maternity pay because of not paying enough national insurance contributions (I only work 15 hours a week). Anyway they got back to me and said I wouldn't get paid it and I should have been told to make my hours up! My god I was fuming! No one told me a thing about making hours up and when I asked they said it was paid! Had to go back once my personnel manager was done with new inductions and have a pop at him about it! Thankfully he's been really helpful and has back dated me the pay so I will get it this month but I have to make the shift up on friday. Just wish I'd have been told! It could have really messed my maternity pay up and if he wasn't so helpful about it nothing would have been done! I'm just so peeved that no one even thought to tell me about it. Just hoping it all goes through in time and that my payslip on friday has shown me paying national insurance!

So now next week i've got to work friday 10am-6pm then saturday 1pm-10pm and then I'm working sunday 10am-10pm. I'm gonna be a zombie once the weekend is over! Yesterday was also my wedding anniversary and I just spent the whole time stressing about my pay and I was at work :(

Rant over

 It's a good job you decided to check up on it or you'd never of known. I hope it all get's sorted for you asap

its horrible when they don't let you know about make up hours and things my friend went through a really big battle to get hers sorted,
