Hi all

I've had a fab day today, in december I signed up to be a body shop at home consultant and today I had my training and it was great.

We had to learn how to do the facials and make up ect, so we have to practise on each other so I've have a lovely facial today and a hand massage, we also got adviced on the best way to show off the products and how to make our body shop parties fun and relaxed.

the best bit though was the kit you get, I opened mine as soon as I got home (it was like christmas), there is tons, I knew you got alot but this is great. There was

Make up for the entire face (all different colours and shades)
Full set of make up brushs
Cleansers & toners, eye cream, vitamin E creams.
Body scrubs, body butters, bath and shower gel.
hand creams, foot scubs and soaks, nail cream.
Body sprays.

There is loads of it plus you get a body shop case on wheels to carry it from house to house with you.

I can't wait to try it all and pamper myself from top to toe lol

When my sister got married we had a body shop consultant come to the house to do our makeup etc, it was great as we wanted a 'natural' look rather than face paints!!!!!

When she came round to do the trial she made up my face with two differant looks one on each eye, had a bit of a blond mopment and forgot and couldnt work out why was getting funny looks on way home!!!!!

I worked for Body Shop for 5 years (was the manager of Birmingham branch until last year)

I was pleased to leave the retail side in the end but have always loved the products and loved doing makeovers etc.

I'm just working my way through reading all the stuff they gave me, theres quite a bit to take in lol.

I went to a my body shop party about 5 months ago, it was at a friend of a friends house, I'd never used bodyshop products before. I bought the passion fruit scrub and honey and nut face mask.

I've been to 2 bodyshop party's since and am now mad about the stuff, which is why I decided to become a consultant at least if I don't do many parties I get 25% off what I buy lol.
