As you all know, I have had 2 mc in the last 8 months and so am particularly stressed about this bean. I got my BFP and went to the doctor. The doctor referred me to the midwife and at 5 weeks I was reassured that I would be oh so looked after this pregnancy. So I in te end make an appointment with EPU as I have heard nothing else from mw, and today I though - oooh, im off on hols for 2 weeks on monday, I havent heard anything. I fone and low and behold Im not even on the system! Ha!!! insane! xx

That's terrible! Where about in the country are you? I phoned my epu yesterday as I had a little spotting, they have given me a scan date for monday. Given your history they should be doing all they can to reassure you. Stress is not a good emotion to feel. I don't like this new system of booking in over phone and fisrt appointment/scan at 12 weeks.

The exact same happened to me Hun and I had 3 mc and was bleeding on this lo. It's crazy isn't it. Has it been sorted for you now? X

Well she took details over the fone and told me I would have my scan on 12th June and will have a letter confirming shortly! Its insane how you can just be "forgotten about". It tempts me to pay privately. Also she said that I would be consultant led, not due to mc but the fact that my daughter was born full term at 5lb 10oz. She was healthy and I am little myself so I dont understand xx do you?x

Glad you have your date now, typical about levels of service after telling you , you would be looked after this time, I would still push for early scan , if not I'd be tempted too to pay for one to keep me going to 12 weeks.
