hi hun
I found this for you
When do babies have growth spurts?
Common times for growth spurts are during the first few days at home and around 7-10 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months (more or less). Babies don't read calendars, however, so your baby may do things differently.

Growth spurts don't stop after the first year - most moms notice growth spurts every few months during the toddler years and periodically thereafter on through the teenage years.

i read somewhere the other day that there is a major growth spurt around 5 months so a lot of people start to wean then thinking their babies are waking up due to hunger from not being satisfied with milk.

i have to stuff jamie with baby yoghurt, baby rice and a feed from me before he has a nap cos if he just has me then he wakes up after 10mins!!!

Was just about to post the same topic. Yesterday Ellie had 12oz from the 2 expressed milk feeds at nursery (unheard of previously, 7oz being a more typical intake). Then last night she ended up having 3 feeds - she didn't even need 3 feeds when she was a few weeks old! She does also have a cold, she is coughing and partially bunged up, and I also forgot to give her the teething powders last night. What do people think?
