Growing a whopper!!!

Had 36 week appt this morning!! Everything perfect apart from the fact that he is measuring 40cms!!! And he is fully engaged!! Only 1/5 palpable midwife booked me in for 2 weeks time but she reckons I'll have him by then! I feel fit to burst, I don't know how he can possibly get any bigger!!

Great news!!

I find out today where my LO is too. Oh and I will be gifted with a listen in to the heartbeat as well according to my notes lol. I've only waited 30 odd weeks!!

I had a similar experience around 36 weeks got sent up to hospital as mw (not my usual one as she was on holiday) said I was measuring 43 at 36 as it turns out MW hadn't measured me right and after 5 days of worry the doctor said I was only measuring 1 week ahead...phew ! Good luck if the measurements are correct at this rate you will have had your LO before me !

My mums always said once head is fully engaged with your first you'll have baby within 2 weeks. Well see how accurate this is.

Ooooh baby could be here soon Hun!! I'm seeing midwife next week but only 3/5 engaged and midwife didn't think baby would be making an appearance any time soon. xx

I had my baby 6 days after his head became fully engaged so I'd say you won't be waiting long

Oohhh exciting! Worst nights sleep ever last night, in lots of pain and baby has gone quite quiet - hoping its the start of things! Could just be a false alarm though, this baby has had me on my toes the whole way through!!! Xx
