Has anyone tried this to help fertility? i Have some in my cupboard but tbh it tastes a bit fishy to me if it works though i may just chug loads of it holding my nose lol

i hate green tea, i read something somewhere that says it helps fertility. Might give it a go too. Trying everything next cycle.

I've got some flavoured green tea in the cupboard. Might have to start drinking it. I don't mind the fruit flavoured ones, but I've got a jasmine one that taste's

i may try adding honey to it to sweeten it as ive heard honey helps when ttc but not sure what it does, get gulping ladies, i might just make a small cup of really strong tea snd just take it like a shot haha

The only one I ever tasted and liked was Whittards instant green tea served really chilled - it was like an adult soft drink

Not sure about helping fertility, but green tea has been found to have a lot of properties that help with a lot of things. One claim is that it's full of Anti-oxidents which help to prevent certain Cancers. I've never been able to get past the fact that it tastes pants. No matter how much they tell me it's good for me, i'm sure isn't, and i know if i even smell the stuff that's what i do!

ot weird at all. I've got a frind who's into all sorts of flavoured teas! She tried giving me a camomile tea one day to calm me down. I took one sniff of it and almost threw up everywhere! Couldn't even drink it. Think it's just one of those things, I don't stomach normal tea very well either.

Although would love to be able to drink the stuff as the properties of it are so good for you. But can't bring myself to doing it!

i love green tea! i have it alot. i didn't know it helped with fertility. i think i ought to stop drinking it

oooh! I always drink the green stuff. i actually quite like it, but I didn't know it can help fertility!
