gravy or not

Alfie is loving his fruit more than veg wondering if i can use a gravy or cheese sauce to get him more interested? Can I use normal gravy or is there a baby one? Sorry to sound a bit dumb, thanks for any advice x

I haven't given Brody proper gravy yet, but I have made him a cheese sauce.
People on here have said that Boots do a baby gravy but I have never managed to find it.

They say that normal gravy has a high content of salt in it hun. Ask you HV and see if she sayd you can use a tiny bit.

I used baby Gravy from Dallas Chemist, there must be other places that do it. I hope so anyway.
