my 11 month old was swimming with us yesterday at a tropical leisure pool where the temp of the whole pool is like a toddler pool 30 plus degrees etc. We were in for about 45 mins with her and waited for the 2nd lot of waves to finish before getting her out - she had slightly blue lips and time we got to cubicles her cheeks were mottled blue and her hands and feet were tinged blueish! (my son as a baby used to get blue lips within 10 mins of swimming - and now age 9 still does). She didn't feel cold, her head and body were very warm still!

Anyway, we warmed her up dressed her etc and she was very happy rest of day and top form all evening :) but today she has had a fever and wanting to sleep loads, and clingy and crying about everything. :(

feel bad now:mad:

Don't feel bad! Maybe she was coming down with something before you went swimming? They're not very good at regulating their temperature at the best of times, but especially not when they're ill. It's always easy to associate it with something you've just done, but totally possible she'd already picked something up beforehand xx
