Just a thought, would it be a good idea to have a sticky topic in like first year or something basically:

were all the b.o.g.o.f's/special offers are at the moment for all the baby everyday essentials eg:

baby food
nappies
wipes
talc
bub bath
johnsons stuff etc

tell me to shut up if its stupid, but i just thougth it might be a good idea and a money saving one for all us mummies, as its sooo expensive being a mum as we all know..

Tescos have huggies wipes on BOGOF, and u can choose from a choice of three scents, normal, aleo veora (sp) and erm i think oo i cant think of the other one hmmmm

Sainsburys: Heinz Mums own jar food is 5 for £2 - I usually buy these when we're out and about

Primark: Are great for baby clothes, many items are between £1.50 & £3.00 and they wear great too!
