I think i may have wrote/asked about this before, but i have forgotten.

Is anyone else scared to have a number 2 (sorry a bit of a dodgy subject maybe) ??

I was told once that i should'nt push when i have a poo because i would push the baby out, but sometimes its the only way i can do it, I think i make myself constipated because of it and it makes your body push harder automatically when you do finally get to do it.

Has anyone else heard this? as it makes me worry whenever i need to go that i am gonna damage the baby.

Who ever told you that pushing out a poo will result in your baby being pushed out is talking total rot hun.
Its perfectly fine, just go to the loo like you normally would. If you are really worried about it, eat plenty of fibre to make it soft.

The woman who told me is my mums next door neighbour, i dont know where she got the idea from, she has 3 kids of her own so should know better really, unless she was a little weird and managed to go all three pregnancies without going to the loo.

I try to eat enough fibre, but at the minute i seem to struggle with eating anything cause as soon as it is in front of me i am bored of it and just dont fancy eating anything at all.

Thank you :)

i still worry about pooing, although not as much as before!

I had to laff when i read this, i also thought that it was possible but it isn't, go and have a dump my love, don't hold it in any longer!!!!!!!!

Also if you are constipated try drinking lots of water, its helped me no end.

All the best

AWW bless you that's so sweet
Us women have been having babies for (I dont even know how long) thousands and thousands of years and I doubt that all these women stopped taking a dump for 9 months.
Please go or you'll explode!!
Have a good one lol
