Going swimming, got a problem

I have bleached hair now and im worried the clorine will turn it green. Iv tied it up high on my head but will it turn a funnhy colour or is that when you just use normal blonde dye??? Going soon so so any help would be fab

Sorry, I'm no use... although I have dyed my hair before, I don't do swimming

i was thinking i could use a cap but then i would look like matt lucas and i dont think id feel comfy like that, hmmmmm was gonna text my hairdresser friend but got no signal this phone is a piece of crap

I used to bleatch my hair all the time and it does go green in the chlorine, you can buy chlorine neautralising shampoos though, I used to get one from Boots called sun, swim and gym, it worked really well!
BTW going swimming once won't turn it green, you do have to go a lot!!

Oh righty well its not very often i go, once in a blue moon although i am going again tomoz will have to be carefull

Hi

This is prob to late now but my hairdresses tells me to aviod going swimming for 10 days after having my hair done or wear a swimming cap!

I may be wrong but it thought that it was ok to go swimming with bleached hair if you have had it done longer than 10 days
