Gosh i cannot believe that i only have 5 weeks & 5 days left to go (Minus the overdue period...not going there :talkhand: lol) I remember when i hit the 30 week mark and thought 10 weeks would go so slowly but wow these past 5 have flown by :cheer: (In saying that i bet i've jinxed it & the next 5 wont)

I know people have asked a thousand times but cr*ap memory  is it 35 or 36 weeks that you are able to start taking Rasberry tea? & also what would you say is better the capsules or the tea leafs?

Thankyou in advance girlies :D

my midwifes told me 32 weeks isok to atart taking raspberry leaf tea. The capsules are better than the tea bags.

I'm taking raspberry leaf capsules and have been taking them since 34 1/2 weeks. Found the tea pretty unpalatable last time have to say.

for labour actually thinking off it i didnt go to the loo once after i took it
