going back to work?

I am due to go back to work nearthen end of sept..and i haven't decided ifi am going back yet or not...if i don't want to go back..how soon doi have to tell them? also i have heard if i don't back i will get holiday backpay for when i've been on maternity leave.. is this true.... ???

You have to give them the same notice period as is in your contract of employment.
And yes you still accrue holidays on maternity leave

so if i choose not to go back..i will get the holidays i have gained on maternity leave in pay?
so if my contract is1month..i just have togive1 months notice...? someone toldme that it is now 2months you have to give by law???
