relating to my post in babies health reg flat head syndrome

as anyone used these ? or something simlar ? would a cheap ikea pillow be as good :rotfl:

We bought a SleepCurve mattress topper for use in the cotbed. My LO's flathead has improved significantly since she started using the mattress topper, but I don't know if that was due to the topper or whether it corrected itself over a matter of time. However, I am glad that I did purchase it, just for peace of mind anyway.

i got the sleepcurve crib matress and the matress topper for her cotbed, and both Sren's and Cally's heads have been fine, but i also carry them in a sling alot which helps reduce flathead.

I used the goi goi pillows as our son suffered with flat head syndrome too.

We got the small goi goi pillow and the larger one. I used to put the small one underneath his head whilst in the pushchair.

I would invest in the sleepcurve mattress for the moses basket/crib if I were you and reposition his head so that he's not always sleeping on his flat side. We got great results with repositioning.

the repostitioning isnt working at mo because he has the stiff neck we either have to force it ( which i hate) or he just moves back anyway , hopefully after physio ill be able to do this

ill look into the sleepcurve mattress , prob for his cot and i cant see him being in crib much longer . his huge !
