Surely its not natural to be as tired as i am!

Get your cuppas, and get comfy coz i'm gonna have a good moan now.

Basically i do everything! Me and OH both work full time. we have a 7 year old and a 8 month old at home and i'm obv preggers. We all get up at 6.30am, get ready and i leave for work at 7.40am. OH drops the boys off at the minders at 8am and he goes to work. I finish at 4pm, pick the boys up, spend half an hour with them then get on doing bottles, packing the LO's bag for the next day, fill the washer, prepare tea (all while running around after an 8 month old) Get the LO bathed and dressed for bed, play with him for a bit, give him a bottle. OH gets in about 5.45pm kisses LO goodnight, and off to bed he goes. OH makes tea (or rings a take away coz he's a lazy fecker) I do homework, spellings etc with eldest, eat tea, get eldest bathed, ready for bed, supper, off he goes. I empty washer and do a bit ironing while OH plays xbox, have a shower, off to bed i go (8.30pmish)

That is basically my life!! Weekends are spent, polishing and hoovering, changing beds, more washing and ironing, visit family, all the usual shit.

I just don't know how much longer i can keep it up! I'm exhausted to the point that if i sit still for longer than 5 mins, i fall asleep! I really wish OH would do more to help me as now that i'm getting bigger, i'm finding a few tasks really difficult.

Is there any energy supliments i can take while pregnant? I have 6 weeks to go before i leave work and i fear i might not survive that lolg xx

oh no!!! i dont think there is anything your ment to have but tbh i used to have enegy drinks when i was preg near the end shhhhh! lol its a shame you dont have the energy have you tried swimming on the weekend it will be hard to start with but the more you exersice the better you will feel and you will get more energy x

 are you still taking preg vitamins? what about iron? might not make any difference, but every little helps!! (can you tell where i work?) i found it knackering being pregnant and working and looking after katie and everythin, so much so that i left work at 27 weeks when i went off sick and never went back! is there any chance of gettin OH to watch the kids for you so you can chill in the bath or somethin, just a bit of you time??xxx

oh yer i forgot about that go to the docs and they will test your iron you might be animic (no idea how to spell that haha) but that gives you way less energy xx x x

Cheers lasses, i walk the dog and stuff to try and stay active and get fresh air but i find it hard finding the time or energy. I had my iron checked and the midwife said my levels were astronomical and asked if i eat alot of steak! I think my thyroid has alot to do with it and the fact that i do too much. Hey ho, its only 6 weeks to go, i'll have to focus on that. xx

i drink lucozade drinks for energy haha, i dont think that will affect the bubba!
well i hope not any ways as i drink them all the time at work!
x

Can you get some time at the weekend to rest? Maybe do some jobs every other weekend so that you're at least not doing as much? Mayby get OH to take the children out at least one day of the weekend at least for a few hours so that you can get your head down?

have u tried talking to him again about it?

I have tried talking to him but he really thinks he does loads! Men eh? warped minds. My mam is taking the boys out for a few hours today, i am going to OH's parents for lunch then i fully intend on having an afternoon nap :) xx
