Sonny ____________ Dempsey.

We are at a loss! O/H thinks a long 4 syllable name sounds best (like Nathaniel but not Nathaniel  )

ALL suggestions most welcome-we are registering his birth Wed 17th at 2.30 so no pressure

My nephew is called Sonny Jack. I really like it.
I know it's not 4 syllable but it's nice.

Sonny Stanley Dempsey.

That has a ring to it!

Or there's William, Johnathon, Sebastian, Christian, Patrick, Frankie.

Just a few suggestions, good luck :)

I think a 1 syllable name would work too. How about -

Joe
Rhys
James

Or for longer ones (struggling to think of many 4 syllable ones - I would pronounce Nathaniel with 3 - Na- than- iel)

Christopher
Nicholas
Alexander (4 syllables, yay!)

Out of those, Alexander and Rhys are my favourites. Hope that helps!!!

mmm
how about...
Sonny myles
Sonny dylan
Sonny daniel
Sonny Saul
Sonny tobias
Sonny emmanuel
Sonny Caspar
Sonny Felix
Sonny seamus
Sonny Angus

I immediatley thought of Joe then read this post.... I think that goes so well. I agree one syllable middle name flows better.
good luck with choosing. xx

I definitely think a one syllable name works best.

James would be brilliant then you could call him Sonny Jim :D

It doesn't roll off the tongue nicely at all.... but we've gone for Sonny Robert (dad's name Robert) which we will shorten to Bob probably, meaning we'll have Richard Philip after Rob's uncle and my dad, shortened to Ricky-Pip and Sonny-Bob. I hate choosing names!
