Hi,

My first question is......has anyone got any bright ideas on how to prevent my LO getting his arms and legs stuck inbetween the side slats of his cotbed??? - I pop him down to sleep and an hour later I look on the monitor and see him rolled on his belly with one arm and one leg hanging out the side of the cotbed  he isnt best pleased when this happens and certainly lets everyone know about it :)

My second question is......My LO can roll onto his belly and swims like a fish for 5 mins then cries becuase hes frastrated and cant move, probelm is, he dosnt know how to roll back onto his back again. When did your LO's start learning to do this?

Thanks

T xx

Evie is constantly getting stuck now she's moving.

She is just getting the hang out of rolling off of her back but she tends not to roll onto her belly in the night... at the moment LOL :rotfl:

I used to put a rolled up towel against the sides of the cot because Evie used to roll over the bang her head on there. It also stopped her getting her legs and arms trapped.

I've had to take it out now though because she started playing with it in the morning when she woke up and I was worried she'd suffocate! So now she bangs her head...moans a bit then goes back to sleep.

I find that she can manage to get her limbs out these days when they get stuck.

Yup!! Iv posted about this before...

Corey gets his legs mainly stuch out the cot. Then cant pull them back in, and screams bless him. :wall:

I havent got any bright ideas... id be interested to hear suggestions tho!?

Edit - Pikers, I have tried that, he gets his legs up, over the towels and out the bars still  little sausage!!

babies these days are way tooooooo clever! :rotfl:

I put rolled up towels or blankets at either side of Kathryn- you can buy official sleep positioners from Jojo maman bebe but I didn't see the point when blankets would do the same job!

I put rolled up towels on both sides and it works at the moment!
