Well as cute as it is that Ross has learned to roll from his tummy to his back it's driving me crazy at night!! He just doesn't sleep on his back so he's stirring, rolling onto his back then waking up fully, chatting away, playing with his toes then eventually getting fed up and crying. So last night I had to flip him back over 9 times!! When I do he settles straight away but my goodness I'm not used to getting up so much at night. Apart from getting the biggest piece of velcro and sticking him to the spot I don't know what to do, probably just wait until he can roll onto his tummy again :wall2:

We have a similar problem! C sleeps on his tummy but if he wakes during the night and rolls onto his back he just cannot seem to settle himself back to sleep and screams the place down, despite being more than capable of rolling back onto his tummy again :dohh: Like your LO he generally settles quickly once rolled back over but I just wish he would roll back over himself and we would all get some more sleep!

Hi Angelic,
I didn't think we'd be alone in this one! How old is your LO? Ross slept through to 6.30 this morning, I'm just wondering if he was more tired out last night although I did notice every time I put him down yesterday he's taken to sleeping on his side so I think he must move in his sleep and before he knows it he's over. It's so lovely to see him roll, not the screaming though!!

He is 10 months. We also had a bit of a better night last night as he slept through to 5.40am so feeling a bit more refreshed today after getting over 6 straight hours of sleep! He used to sleep through but I think he is struggling with new teeth on the move too so I hope they break through soon and he gets some relief.

Here's hoping you get another better night tonight too x
