Gestatinal Diabetes How Early Does it Show?

I'm in the first trimester and had a thought today, I have a insatiable thirst and get slightly giddy, just wondered how early gestational diabetes shows up?

Hi I'm not really sure but I guess when you go for your first mw appointment they will test your wee and see if there is sugar in it so will spot it then. I have those symptoms you have, maybe they are normal preggers symptoms? I think your bp can drop in early stages which can make you giddy and I have been thirsty all the time be cause of a funny taste in my mouth If you are unsure though best to go to the docs and have them check it out.
