Gaviscon and constipation.... help!

Has anyone had to give their lo gaviscon from the doctors to help with reflux? My lg is now passing very small harder poos and seems more uncomfortable than just the colic shes had for a few weeks. She being breastfed so I thought that would help I'm tempted to stop the gaviscon as sick is easier to deal with than a constipated baby.

Any help would be gratefully received.

My little girl was on gaviscon but it made her horrendously constipated so I just stopped giving it too her. Ive found that stopping and burping often helps with the sick, get some coelif for the colic Hun xx

Thanks I've tried colief but it didn't make any difference, will try again without gaviscon, thanks
