Gastric Pain on going during 6 weeks of pregnancy

I have been having on going gastric pain despite after food. I am currently 6-7 weeks pregnant. Is there anyone out there that is experiencing something like me? Is it normal?

Do you mean like trapped gas or something different? I found I did have trapped gas around week 6-7, but has gone away now (8 weeks today). I've had awful stomach pains the past week but it seems to be related to my pregnancy sickness

Hi Eva,

I am about 6-7 weeks pregnant and I have aches and cramps in my womb/ovary area, a bit like period pain, nearly all the time. I haven't been to the doctors about it but I've read it's quite normal, and it is also normal to experience gas and heartburn and bloating in your first trimester.

Try not to worry and book an appointment with your doctor if the pain is persistent.

Hi eva, is it a gastric pain or like bloated or heartburn? Its normal to feel bloated/heartburn when you're pregnant. I'm also having it most of the time especially at night. I have to practically propped up and sit and sleep! My husband said I can stick my head to the wall!
Don't be too worried and stress yourself. Monitor and get your ob to check if you are unsure xx
