Gah!!! Itchy hand and feet!! Any tips??

Hey guys, I've got suspected obstetric cholostasis (sp?) and my hands and feet are driving me crazy, got hardly any sleep last night and woke hubby up twice as I was putting calamine lotion on them. This helps a little but not much, E45 itch relief cream is pants and did nothing at all! Any one got any other ideas? not sure how much of this I can take, its driving me crazy!

Cold water helps... seriously. Just rise your feet under the taps in bath or in shower it does work . xx

Yeah was just about to say maybe a slightly warm bath, hope you get some relief soon x
