Gagging!!

Hi ladies

Any tips for gagging please....I don't feel sick in my stomach all the time but sometimes I constantly gag through smells, thoughts, certain sights!!
It's driving me mad and I know there probably are no tips but it's worth finding out in case!

Sorry no tips but I will be stalking this thread to see if anyone else has any as gagging has become real pain in the a*** for me too

When I was pregnant with my daughter I gagged at everything, never actually threw up but gagged brushing my teeth, if there was a smell I didn't like etc it eased off the further on I got xx
