Just been browsing the net in other baby related chat rooms - as you do - and found a thread that i found quite exciting..

According to MANY women on the site they all conceived the day after AF stopped, some more than once. I know that everyone is different but the fact that it has happened to more than a few women and that they either have their BFP or babies to show for it proves that it is possible!

You will have some idea if you ovulate that early as you will generally have very short cycles of about 21 days. You ovulate 14 days before your af starts. Only women who have a 28 day cycle ovulate 14 days after their AF. Most vary a lot but you can figure out when you are likely to by noting how long your cycle tends to be and then counting back 14 days. I used to ov on day 17 and had a 31 day cycle. Don't get your hopes up for early ovulation if your cycles tend to be 28 or more days long.

Finally think i have sussed out my cycles - hope this is it for me - been studying my chart and think i have got the hang of it!

I have a 35 day cycle and ov on CD22....on CD4 now so 18 days to go - at last!!! lol

just thought id add that not everyone ovs exactly 14days before their next AF - some ppl are 16 days, some are 10 etc etc - so dont take 14days before as gospel....its good as a basic idea - but you need to BD around the time too to make sure you catch the egg... ie if you have 35 day cycle then at least from day 19 thro to day 25 (at least every other day during that time)
