Funny looking baby (20 week scan)

Lots of scans going on at the moment, so thought I would add to the list

We went yesterday and everything is looking good *phew* but still very surreal (thought reality would have hit me by now!). OH wanted to find out the sex, but I didn't want to, I want to find out on the special day (the whole 'Congratulations, it's a ....!' as it's passed to me (me, naive?)). I've got to say that I was very tempted, as it would be so much easier for forward planning, but I stayed strong, so remain team yellow.

The baby had it's hands up next to its face, so couldn't get a good profile view like last time, in fact the pictures were so much clearer at the first scan. At least I got to see all of the internal gubbins. I've attached the best picture, which is pretty spooky looking. Seems like it's taken after its Dad rather than me lol!

Also got more good news in that, so long as my arthritis behaves itself without medication, I'm back on track for the home birth that I want! Well, as on track as anything ever can be!

So all in all I'm a happy bunny

it is lovely that you didnt find out it was fun when i had my first but this time if i do ever get preggers i want to know so i can plan! lol

but your scans adorable i bet you cnt wait to meet your little angel :-D

Glad everything went well! And congrats on the willpower - I couldn't have waited another 20 weeks to find out, but I think it would have been lovely to have a surprise!
