Funny feelings in tummy :(

Hi everyone

I'm hoping someone else has had this and its not me being "cuckoo" but, I get some feelings in my tummy that feel a bit like things are moving, like butterflies sort of thing - has anyone else had this at all?

Yup I get that and mw said it was just after pains of the uterus going back to normal. It's a good sign - don't worry xx
