Freezing cold and ice feet??

I'm going from really cold to hot and sweating!! I have been working in clinics this week where I'm normally really warm and I've had to wear my fleece...bit then when in bed I've had got flushes lol

I'm from Yorkshire too girls

Yeah the birds annoy me too but it has to be done lol.

Yes I feel ok today, I'm not in 43 layers tonight at least! I've compensated though with a GIANT spot that appeared out of nowhere

Oh poop. I always have spots (I'm 27 Lord knows why) so I'm the same as always. Freezing again this afternoon after been warm all day xx

It's been warm here today but now I'm colder than ever! Shivering on the sofa OH is red hot lol I constantly feel like I've got chills lol xxx
